PASTOR dave Richardson, Jr
lead pastor

Pastor Dave has been our lead pastor since May 2014. Dave’s passion is seeing people develop into the destiny God has for them!  He married Traci in 1990 and they have two incredible children who make them proud. Kalie, a first grade teacher in Oklahoma, and Jaret, a sophomore, attending Emmanuel College, Franklin Springs, GA.  Together, they all love Jesus and love people! Dave enjoys date night with his wife, playing an occasional round of golf, running (not really, but it’s necessary), and reading a good book.

PASTOR BECKY PIERCE
Redland arts / discipleship / connections

"I oversee Redland Arts, which includes anything musical and lots of other things that fall in the "art" category.  I'm also responsible for "Connections," which means I spend a lot of time keeping up with people and keeping them connected.  I love the excitement that we sense about our future as a church.  My husband, Dexter, is a constant help and support and I have two adult children, Stephanie and Spencer, that I treasure."

PASTOR lloyd mccullar
worship / students

Lloyd joined our staff in June 2015.  He currently leads our Worship and Student ministries where he brings his passion for worship and unique creativity to see the next generation experience God's BEST for their lives. Together he and his wife, Leah, have five kids: Isaac, Emma, Caleb, Noah, and Luke, and there is never a dull moment at his house! Lloyd loves lunch dates with his wife, McDonald's iced coffee, baked chocolate chip cookies (late at night after the kids are asleep - hehehe), yard sales, and watching Jason Bourne movies.

KERRI LARD                               SECRETARY/TREASURER

Kerri has worked at Redland since February 2011. She moved to Davie County in 1995 from Richmond, Va. with her husband Ken and their two children Joey and Becca. Today both kids are grown, on their own and gainfully employed. Being true empty nesters, this leaves plenty of time for exercise classes at the YMCA, hiking, reading and traveling. A member of Bethlehem UMC since 1997, Kerri is a valuable part of our team. "The staff and people of Redland are awesome. It is such a pleasure to come to work and be around a group of God Loving people each day."
